I grew up on the border between El Paso and Juárez. I had to leave because drug violence was getting too dangerous. Went to Texas A&M Commerce and got a BFA in Art Direction and won some awards and got to go to The One Show my senior year. Then I went on to intern at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners where I worked with some industry rockstars on Doritos, Cheetos, Google and Chevrolet. I got hired as a junior, then moved to Chicago to Energy BBDO where I worked on Lay's Potato Chips, Wrigley Brands like 5Gum, Altoids, Orbit Gum and Eclipse Gum. Moved back to California, this time Los Angeles where I worked on the Jack in the Box campaign at Secret Weapon. I got a Senior Art Director job at RPA that was more of an ACD job where I was in charge of social for Apartments.com and ampm. I managed two teams, worked on Super Bowl activations for Apartments.com and Intuit Small Business Big Game. I left RPA to join the new business team at Phenomenon where I was an essential part to winning Flywheel. I am currently Freelancing to be able to work more on media and content companies as well as advertising. I am very proud of my advertising career, I have worked with some of the most fun and brilliant creative directors in the industry and some of the most fun brands in the world. I would love to collaborate with you.
